Care is for Everyone
We care for older adults, adults with mental and physical disabilities, people recovering from surgery or injury, and new parents who need support at home.
Support that lets an older adult stay in their own home safely, for as long as needed. Home is the best answer.

Learn moreWhat we do
Mix and match whatever the week actually needs. Nothing here is a fixed package.
Steady company for the ordinary hours — conversation, card games, a walk around the block, lunch that gets eaten because someone is sitting across the table.
Learn moreGolf, the beach, the garden centre, a grandchild's game. Care that leaves the house instead of waiting inside it.
Learn moreDiscreet, respectful help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility — on the client's terms, at the client's pace.
Learn moreGroceries, cooking, and meals built around real dietary needs and food someone actually wants to eat.
Learn moreThe tidying, laundry, and linen changes that keep a home safe, clean, and comfortable to live in.
Learn moreCaregivers trained in memory support, working from familiar routines that reduce confusion and keep days calm.
Learn moreShort-term cover so the family member doing the caring can rest, work, travel, or simply have an afternoon back.
Learn moreRides to appointments, the pharmacy, and the shops — with someone who walks in alongside rather than dropping at the kerb.
Learn moreTimely prompts, refill tracking, and a trained eye on the changes families miss between visits.
Learn moreAround-the-clock cover from a rotating team or a live-in caregiver, for when someone can no longer be alone safely.
Learn morePersonalized medical support at home, led by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.
Learn moreHow it works
Starting care should not feel like a leap of faith.
A short phone intake starts with the immediate situation, timing, and the questions keeping you up at night. Then we come to you. We listen to what is actually going on — the medical side, but also the practical and awkward parts families do not always say out loud. We walk the house looking for trip hazards, poor lighting, and missing grab rails, and we answer your questions about cost and scheduling before you commit to anything. There is no obligation and nothing to sign.
We write a plan around the life already being lived: when they wake, what they eat, which day the family visits, what they still want to do for themselves. You approve it before anything starts, and it changes as needs change — plans that cannot flex are plans that stop fitting within a month.
We match on skills and on personality, because the best-qualified caregiver in the world is the wrong one if the two of them do not get along. You meet your caregiver before care begins. Ongoing supervision keeps the plan, schedule, and match under review after care starts. If the match is not right, we change it — no awkwardness, no argument.
Our caregivers
An agency is only as good as the person who walks through the door. We pay properly, train properly, and match on personality — because caregivers who are looked after stay, and consistency is what families feel.
Caregiver profiles are coming.
Names, photographs, and quotes will appear only after each caregiver has reviewed the profile and given written permission.

Common questions
Home health care is clinical. It is usually ordered by a doctor and delivered by nurses or therapists — wound care, injections, physical therapy.
Non-medical home care, which is what we provide, is help with everyday living: bathing, dressing, meals, housework, driving, company, and supervision. No prescription is needed and you do not have to be ill to qualify.
Many families use both at once. We work alongside a home health team without duplicating what they do.
Cost depends on how many hours you need, what kind of help is involved, and whether any of it is overnight. You pay for the hours you use — there is no package to buy into.
We will give you a clear hourly rate and a written estimate at the free consultation, before you commit to anything. For most families, part-time in-home care costs considerably less than residential care.
Generally no. Standard Medicare does not cover non-medical help with daily living, which surprises most families.
What often does help: long-term care insurance, VA benefits such as Aid and Attendance for veterans and surviving spouses, some Medicare Advantage plans with supplemental benefits, and Medicaid for those who meet the financial and functional criteria.
We will walk you through which of these might apply to your situation.
Often within a few days of the consultation, and faster in urgent situations such as a hospital discharge. Call and tell us the timeline you are working with.
No. Roughly half our clients are older adults. The rest include adults with mental and physical disabilities, people in recovery after surgery or injury, and new parents who need support at home.
You meet your caregiver before care starts, and if the match is not right we will change it. We match on personality as well as skill because that is what determines whether someone actually looks forward to the visit.
